Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into Mid Valley Shopping Centre’s Fashion Shopping Spree (“Competition”) is deemed valid with acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
2. The promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on Monday 1 May 2017 and concludes at 11.59pm on Friday 30 June 2017 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
3. The promoter of the competition is Mid Valley Shopping Centre (“Promoter”).
4. The prize includes; a $500 fashion shopping spree with the prize provided to the winner in store gift vouchers. The winner will receive gift card/s up to the value of $500 from their choice of fashion store/s at Mid Valley Shopping Centre.
5. The prize is valued at $500. (“Prize”).
6. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to the terms and conditions as detailed on individual store gift vouchers.
7. If the prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian upon presentation of photo ID.
8. Any decision made by Centre Management at Mid Valley Shopping Centre in respect to the competition is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
9. Mid Valley Shopping Centre employees (retailers), contractors and sponsors of the promotion and their immediate families and employees of Juilliard and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
10. The winner will be drawn at 10am on Monday 3 July 2017 and winner notified by email.
